Bags of IngenuityThe race to limit single use plastic shopping bags speeded up recently when Prime Minister Gordon Brown warned retailers they have to start charging shoppers for plastic bags or the government will step in to force them. Whether they will cease to exist entirely is another matter. In the meanwhile Roullier White has applied a little lateral thinking by creatively recycling carriers bags destined to landfill into covers for A4 notebooks.
Each notebook is completely individual and comes with 100 pages of recycled paper.
