I am thrilled with my new, very convenient corner-shop. Puzzle Organico’s imposing remit – the shop’s tagline is ‘not costing the earth’ - is to provide the highest quality organic foods at affordable prices and the enterprising guys are on track. Fresh fruit and vegetables come from a certified organic farm just down the road on the Kent borders, complemented by some of the leading organic brands you would expect and some other delightful surprises. Puzzle Organico offers takeaway or eat-in teas and coffees, cakes and sandwiches together with a pressed juice bar. In suitably eccentric Peckham-style Puzzle Organico is also home to an outpost branch of New Cross’ Spotty Vinyl Records . Located in a designated space at the back of the shop – complete with decks – records are arranged by genre and are priced from 50p to £4.
