Meet The Maker: Sarah Palmer-Manser: East Dulwich Naturally

Today East Dulwich local, Sarah Palmer-Manser, is selling her award winning collection of foraged foods on our baker's barrow outside of Roullier White. 'East Dulwich Naturally' is a selection of jams, jellies and preserves made from fruits and vegetables picked from neighbours gardens and allotments. My favourite has to be Medlar Jelly, I have never come across Medlar which was a popular fruit in Victorian times but in not used much today. Sarah's Medlar jelly is delicious with cold meats.
