Join Roullier White at a unique opportunity to meet one of modern perfumery's most celebrated and admired characters; Mr Silvio Levi - read more about Mr Levi below.

Arrive between 6pm and 7pm for drinks and chat.

At 7pm Mr Levi will talk about his history in perfume and guide us through hisCalé Fragranze d’Autore collection, followed by questions and answers. After which there will be an opportunity to shop and take advantage of the special 10% discount off all lines in the store.

The events ends at around 8pm when you can collect a goody bag complete with Calé Fragranze d´Autore samples and other gorgeous Roullier White surprises. 

Mr Silvio Levi lives and works in his native Milan. After graduating in chemistry and doing research work he left the sciences in 1995 to join his family business becoming the Calé Srl President a fragrance distribution company that dated back to the twenties. Mr Levi’s new work became his passion and soon he gained accreditation as one of the leading experts in niche perfumer.

In 2009 Mr Levi co-founded and became President of Esxence: the international event dedicated to Artistic Perfumery hold very year in Milan.

In 2008 he launched his own brand called Calé Fragranze d’Autore, a collection that gives olfactory form to Silvio Levi’s visionary dreams.

In May 2013 Silvio Levi’s boutique Pérfume by Calé moved to the heart of historic Milan, Corso Magenta N°22. Besides being a store the boutique is conceived like a gallery; a place to discover fragrances with a small library where you can read about perfumes. The spectacular last room draws your attention with its shimmering walls which hold a collection of old bottles patiently collected in the years showing the evolution of brands and fragrances.

Bâtard Folding Picnic Knife by Lamson & Goodnow

As author of The Best Bread Ever; Charles Van Over is expected to show everywhere up with an armful of bread. Whilst Charles enjoys breaking bread with friends; he does insist that the bread is properly sliced with a breadknife, not just ripped apart. The problem here is that bread knives are very long and with their serrated edges they are not the easiest of things to carry around. Charles wondered why a folding bread knife could not be produced and took his idea for a pocket bread knife to Lamson & Goodnow, American manufacturers of the LamsonSharp range. The Bâtard Folding Picnic knife is the result of this collaboration. At Roullier White we believe this may possibly be the best picnic knife ever made.
